Your friends have done well.

It only take one good sperm to fertilize an egg - but it takes quite a
few million of sperm to do that. Just imagine, each time, a man
ejaculate over 20 million sperm per milliliter of semen (average 2-6ml
of semen/each ejaculation - so average 40 to 120 millions of sperms)
and if he has on average (global average) of 109 intercourse/year
[the US average is 135/year - and Thailand has the lowest of 64 times/
year] (Source: 1997 Durex Global Sex Survey) - there are a lots of
sperms!!! but how many children? So.. what it also more intrigue to
ponder on is that each one of us here is a TRUE CHAMPION as we had won
the race of a life time - being the one to find the egg among the 100+
of millions other sperm siblings!

Oopp.. let's get back to this thread... What this thread is about is
that IF you are trying hard but still having trouble getting your wife
to fall pregnant and you are fat... AND your wife is OK with no
medical reason for not falling pregnant.. then... you have to consider
this FAT factor as being fat has a lot of negative effects on the body
as well as on the sperm production in term of quantity and quality.

Cheerio...
