On September 8, 2006 I will be traveling with a delegation to Laos for a
site inspection and fact gathering assignment. Chuck Theusch, Dr. James
Langworthy and I will meet with Madam Nettavong, Director of the National
Library of Laos, Mr. Lytou Boupao, Director General, Dept. of Planning and
International Cooperation Ministry of Education, and various officials.
I plan to visit the three completed library of Laos
