The forthcoming school year, the kids of Phalak will have a brand new
primary school and for those who will graduate, they can go to Pong
Lack Secondary school which is about three Kilometres from their
village.
I do not think that we have to wait for Beemouacha to have a school...
and why Catholic??? knowing that our Phinong Hmong in Phalak which
including 8 Clans, are mostly animist???
Ah... those who are thingking of preparing the ground for foreign
interference... But we are vigilant, don't be worry. We will help our
Phinong Hmong to preserve their traditions and religious belief.
