Vienjian, Laos.

Since Vienjian and Bangkok governments already established the newly
Camp-Ban Phalak for the Hmong refugee from Phetchaboun, Thailand.

I would be willing to forget and forgive the past adversaries since in
1975-present and move forward to create a better Laos. I am now
proposing a joint-venture to build a Christian High School at Camp
Phalak for Hmoob students. Hence; I would like you to consider the
following within a short period.
