Dear believers of South Korean friends and dignitaries. Thank you for
giving me this opportunity to preach biblical to your university. This
is the first time for a poor Hmong pupil to preach the wealthy Korean
college student. I hope someday in the nearest future Hmong shall
follow the Korean foot step as top trading gateway in Asia.

Today South Korea econmy prosperitities are above China, thailand,
vietnam,laos, cambodia, burma, india, and nepal. Computer's products
is Korean number#1 economic growth.

It clearly indicated to entire world that South Korea has reformed
after the Korean war from Buddism to Christianity. From polygamy
leader to monogamy leadership. South Korean truly earned God's
blessing and respect of the world communities.

Hmong people has the same dream . I may not leave to see it, but that
dream of having a place call Hmong-land shall come true by the
struggle of the hard working brothers Hmong and the power of our Lord
God who creates us in his likeness.

Therefore; Today I come up with a sermon calls Idolatry.

According to the scripture. God prohibits believers and nonbeliever
to worship Idol. Because Idol is man made with no breath, no eye, no
ear, no faith, and no spiritual.

1-In genesis 2:7 God creates Adam and Eve in his image. God's vision
is to have them learn only good thing and live free in the Eden Garden
with no sickness and dead.

2-Gen: 3-1 "One day the Serpent spoke to Eve. He said, Did God really
tell that you must not eat any tree in the Garden." Instead of
respecting her husband Adam and worshipping God. She worshipped the
Serpent and committed adultery by eating the forbidden fruit and gave
it to her husband which made people in this world became sinner from
then until today.

3. Exodus: 20:2-4: "I am the Lord of your God. The God of Abraham,
Jacob and Isaac. I brought you out of the land of Egypt where you were
slaves. You must not have any other gods Except me".

4.Exodus:32:2-7:.Aaron said to the people. Take off the gold
earings
that your wives,sons, and daughters are wearing. Bring them to me.
They took to him and melted it and make a Status of a Calf. He
finished it with a tool. Then the people said. Tomorrow there will be
a special feast to honor the Lord. The next day they burnt offering
and fellowship offering by sitting, eating, drinking, getting up and
sinning Sexually. When Moses came out of the Mountain with God. He
got angry and threw the stone of the ten commandment to kill many of
them.

5. Our believers. If we disobeyed God's command. By worshipping
idolatry. God is not please with us, because It lead people to commit
adultery. When love affair happens. No matter how smart, rich,
handsome, beautiful we are. our lives are valueless on earth and in
heaven. People scare to be near by you. They saw you are unfaithful
man, woman and God also turn away from you.

6. Let look at those countries that worship Khountama of buddism.
African countries that practice woodo, and others countries that
practice others Idolatry. They are very poor development. Shortage of
food, medical supplies, corruption, and on.

7. Babylon was also an example. It was ruled by a Queen, but they
practice Idolatry. Later they face devastation, starvation, then it
became the Ghost city of Snakes and Scorpions.Goshen region ( Known to
Hmong as Nkauj shen )was supervised by Joseph, He worship God, had
plenty of food and livestock's.

8. Often our Christians blame non-believer for worshipping Idol but
the truth is, every day you and I are worshipping some type of Idol
without recognizing them. Let define them as below and figure out the
kind Idol you and I are worshipping now.

9.Rock, brick, and cement: The construction company uses these
materials to built nice houses. The annual household is under
$50,000.00. But we purchase a house from $300000-$400000 $500000 and
so on. To pay the mortgage, both of spouses have to work seven days
per week. No time to come to church, cannot afford to take a sick day.
Was it happening to you and me? If it was then we worship An House
idol.

10. Metal, silver, and Gold: The motor company uses metal to make
fancy cars such as ford, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, BMW and Lexus. Inside
and outside is shining like silver and gold. Everyday we mistaken
bought its over our budget. We have to work long hour or two jobs to
pay the bills. Sometime we were sleepy on the road. We are angry
with our families. The stress is up and down . As time goes by. It
causes high blood pressure, diabetes, kidneat failure, and cancer.We
then got angry with God. that we are 3. Christian, but
God did not heal our sickness. Maybe there is no God. Did it happen
to you?If it did then your car is the Idol.

11.Credit cards. If every month you owed credit card debt, but kept
using credit card for ATM CASH MONEY and shopping long hours in the
mall or online to add more debts to the account .Is it happening to
you. If it is, The credit card is your Idol.

12.Livestock: Many house wives displeased to their husbands feed his
fighting chicken delicious food than his his family. Often their
husband bought nice shrimp and sautéed in the refregirator. The
children and wives are waiting for him to cook delicious Dinner for
them. But he bring its to feed his chicken. Is it happening to you
and me now?. If it is. The Fighter chick is our Idol.

13. Money: To earn money is what prosperity Gods wishes to give to
all of us, but if you kept spending more than you earn for personal
and business The Eagle, photo of the president and King inside the
money is your Idol. Back in China, Hmoob had a history that the
Chinese King tricked Hmoob women to Amputate their husbands' neck to
him. He will make them King. After bring their men's heads to him. He
forced them to become his slavery then Hmoob are countryless until
now. That was Hmoob Idol.

14. Dance Party: Is it party an Idol?: This question is a yes and no
answer. You make your own judgment where is right and when it is
wrong. Consult Pastor, or look at the scripture for clarification
like Exodus 15:20-21, Judge 21:19, 1 Samuel 18:16, Jeremiah 31:13,
Ecclesiasters: 3:4, time for dancing verse time for mourning ectc.
All I can give you advice is Galatians 5: 21. Paul clearly states
that you can hold a decent party like. What is decent Party?
graduation, reunion, new position, retirement, marriage, new year and
Galitians 5:19 dancing between a man and his wife is no sin occurs.

15.Psal 150: Praise the Lord with music: Whatever you do good on
earth, you do for your God. My advice to us. Make sure you dance with
your spouse. If your spouses not present at the party, just leave
after the meal. Humble yourself and let nonbeleiver and hate,because
you are a beleiver.

16. Proverb: 20:1-The term of Wild parties such as Bar, strip club,
drinking,sexual sin, dirty dancing are prohibited by the Gospel.

17. Telephone: If our personal phone bills ran over $100 per month.
You think it is good plan. Rethink again It is our Idols.

18. Conclusion prayer: Oh God. Today is the wonderful day that you
take a rest after the creation of heaven and earth. It is the victory
day that you have risen from dead and it is the Worshipping day for
Christian to honor you. After this we we return home and tomorrow we
will go back to work. Please, have your holy spirit be with us so we
could do thing to please you and protect us from Harm until we will
meet again.
