seriously the suggestions below that form part of a healthy diet for
any one who is health conscious)- (this is the list that I give to my
patient then I go thru with each item that concern them,... so at the
end, once understood, the patient can decide whether he/she will
follow the guideline or not):

Strictly AVOID the following foods:
1. SUGAR and foods containing sugar
2. ALCOHOL
3. WHITE FLOUR PRODUCTS and foods containing white flour
4. CONVENTIONAL TEA. Herbal teas (peppermint, camomile & dandelion
teas) are recommended.
5. COFFEE and CHOCOLATE
6. Foods with CHEMICAL additives (coloring, flavorings, preservatives,
emulsifiers ect...)
7. Food containing residues of PESTICIDES, HERBICIDES and
INSECTICIDES. (Best to eat organically grown foods).

REDUCE or AVOID:

8. ALL DAIRY foods
9. WHEAT containing foods
10. YEAST containing foods.
11. ALL Bonus Food group: Biscuit, cakes, soft drinks, candy ect...

OTHER CONSIDERATION:
DRINK MORE WATER: 2-3 litres/day
SUPPLEMENTATION with Colostrum's products, Multivitamins & Minerals
EXERCISE
RELAXATION/MEDITATION/SELF-HYPNOSIS
OTHERS RECOMMENDATION: Be happy. Forgiving ect...
