Wow Mr. Downunder,

I guessed we all are apple shaped people here in America...Eating too
much chicken, pork, and beef. Can you belief it, everyday and those
are our three main dishes, one or another. We cannot lived without it.
Still got half a cow, two pig, and around thirty chicken in my fridge.
Too much meat? Here is a typical day looks like:
Breakfast: 1)Two chicken (one for wife and one for me), some red
peppers, and rice plus soda (pepsi) and ices. Snack includes Cookies,
ice creams, chips. 2) Lunch consisted of Beef (stake), some peppers,
and a cup of coke and rice.Snack includes chips, ice cream, and cake
3) Dinner: Some pork, some rice, and some more coke and pepper. Snack
include candies, cookies, and some more chips.

Any suggestion on a better diet?
