Adopting healthy life style ==> live longer.

Middle-aged patients (aged 45 to 64 years) who switch to 4 healthy
lifestyle habits that includes
(1) a diet with a daily intake of at least 5 fruits and vegetables,
(2) exercising (at least walking) a minimum of 2.5 hours per week,
(3) maintaining a healthy weight (BMI between 18.5 and 30 kg/m2),
and
(4) not smoking
is associated with a 40%% reduction in all-cause mortality and 35%%
reduction in cardio-vascular disease (CVD) events within 4 years,
according to the results of a study published in the July issue of The
American Journal of Medicine (Am J Med. 2007;120:598-603).

Several other studies have documented the benefits of adopting a
healthy lifestyle in reducing all-cause mortality and CVD events and
mortality, with estimates of up to a 62%% reduction in coronary events
in men who maintained a healthy lifestyle for 16 years.

here's Phuan way of cure emotionally problem and
few thing to be prepare:
6x4” of banana leaf, matches, cigarette,
beef kabob-stick, candle and bonk.
To begin, first bi-op a small pieces out opium tar about the
size of the fly’s head, wrap in to tip of beef kabob stick,
roasted on the candle light and roll it to banana leaf until it
shape like cone to fit into bonk’s nipple, lay down your
head side way on pillow, empty lung, lit it and suck as hard
as you can and then smoke cigarette after that to mellow
the taste, on exhale make sure only the smoke of cigarette
came out but not an expensive the...
