On my excise tax for there's differences between wholesaling,
retailing,
producing, and the use tax section (neither rentals nor insurance
commissions apply to me).
You don't describe the business for an excise tax license,
you apply for one, they send you the number and the forms
and from then on you have to file the forms until you send them
another form saying that you'd like the license deleted.
