One of the US' and its allies' most common criticisms against Cuba is
its
alleged abstention from holding democratic elections. They incessantly
offer
the world the distorted idea that there is no democracy in Cuba -
justifying
this assertion with the absence of two or more political parties.

Wrong, Democracy means that if I DO NOT TO PAY TAXES TO HELP ANYONE, I
CAN VOTE FOR A CANDIDATE WHICH SAYS HE WILL NOT SUPPORT A WELFARE
STATE.
Democracy means that if I do not beleive in Socialized medicine I can
vote for a Candidate which does not belive in socialized medicine
either.
Democracy means that if I choose a purley CAPTIALIST system, where
every person can fend for themselves, I can elect a candidate which
feels the same way.
Democracy means that the government which governs least, governs best.

Nope. There is nothing "participatory" in the "election system".
It is actually set up to ensure that all those opposing the regime are
excluded.

Yes we can all agree that Cuba's elections are transparent.
