Correct. Because the vast majority of Russians are primitive people
with an Asiatic 9th century vassal/serf mindset (which was reinforced
1917 - 1991 by the bolshies, and now Poutine):
to survive, you obey, conform, shut up, keep a low profile.
Anyone who doesn't "deserves what he/she gets" - which can include
incarceration/banishment or death.
Like a pack of dogs. An these creatures want to be taken seriously by
the world.
