Against whom fought Ukraine?

Could you explain; why Ukrainian soldiers as peace keepers where
represented under turned Ukrainian flag and under Polish governing?
And why particularly in Iraq Ukrainian soldiers where segregated
from British forces with American forces?

May it be that the answer in what
Mr. "golovnokomanduyuchyy" of Ukrainian Army told
to British Ambassador in 1992

Sorry, "uke" is _not_ your "invention".
The term "uke" started being popular back in the sixties in the US and
Canada.
It was used mostly by young English-speaking people of Ukrainian descent,
who used it as a tongue-in-cheek description of themselves.
One of the examples is a popular web site, created by such people:
http://www.infoukes.com/

BTW: the correct spelling of "whome" is "whom"
