Maxwell's second equation says that there are no single "magnetic
charges" and that, therefore, magnetic lines of force must always form
closed loops. In my perspective there are no closed loops outside a
small long solenoid, because the external field is nullified by the
special geometrical emission of dual magnetic monopole radiation.
