All falling things reach the speed of light at the event horizon.
Time ends in the Schwarzschild metric.

Ditto. The terms you use are undefined, they can mean many things.
Both the terms "time" and Schwarzschild metric have a clear meaning.
If you think they are something other than what I state then I believe
you are confused.

These two things go hand in hand. When Time stops matter is going at
light speed.
