See Evidence first, attached is a photo taken in summer 2005 during my visit to EUROPE. Back then I paid 7.75 Euro per gallon (or $12.4/Gallon same price as today). NOTE: They sell per liter, 3.784 liter is equal to 1 gallon. 2.05 Euro/Liter X 3.784 = 7.75 Euro/Gallon. Convert it to US currency: 7.75 X 1.6 = $12.40/Gallon.
