I understand most of this is older/obsolete/common/overfilling everyone's
shelves/etc.. so don't bother informing me of this. I have multiple
quantities of some and all are brand new I have no use for them so I would
rather them go to somebody who can use any or all of them:

Is this some new type of capacitor technology, or are they saying
