the police should do the police stuff and not bands of armed thugs
like happens in some other places. He is free to go there and enjoy
their system if he wants. The US had police and courts before he got
here. There is no reason for it to change for him.

Wow! If you knew what you're talking about the AMA would have a hit

What I've said is what doctors have been screaming for years. If
you follow the current literature, it's being re-confirmed time and
time again, in greater detail than ever.
It all comes back to a) the basics, and b) you really don't want to
get sick if you can avoid it. Antibiotics are miracles, and a few
other drugs are marvels, but we've still got a long way to go.
