The stupid bastards are not only leaving their homes because they can't

The US SPCA put out a bulletin this week about it!
People are pathetic sometimes.
July 1st is the day in Quebec where the law dictates that rental leases end,
it's also the day that thousands of Quebeckers drive out to the country and
let "little fluffy" out of the car, and move on!
People should be shot and pissed on for such antics!
