Hi - Where is the best place to get advice on my parking ticket? (which was in Central London). What happened: Cut a long story short, I parked on a single yellow line (with no chevron, vertical lines on it) and there was a confusing yellow sign on the curbside that read: "No Loading Mon - Fri 8:30am -6:30pm Sat 8:30am - 1:30pm" So I parked on a Saturday at 1:45pm...
