after browsing through PKC stantard 1363 and other papers i am still
confused about the elliptic curve nyberg ruppel signature scheme. Does
it actually do full message recovery? If it does then why cannot it be
used more frequently than partial message recovery schemes like ECPV.
My conclusion is that there is a limiting size for the message to be
signed.
If i am right then can somebody tell me what would be the ideal size
of the message to be signed with full message recovery.
I digged into lot of papers.in one paper i found mention of limiting
message to less than 10 bytes but with no source or evidence. Can
someone confirm this or tell me what the size would be.
Thanks for all your help.
