Real-time Machine Translation Service? Is it true?

Author: jon.llh83

Hello fellaz!

I've heard there are apps that can translate text on ur mobile phone.
Is is really true? I mean... I've never used such a thing and I would
like to know how was that made possible. And if there really is such
an app, where can I find one? Is it paid or is it free? I believe it
is paid because developers need some kind of rewards, right? Whoever
has to add something on this matter, please, respond. Thanks!

Jon
