There is some good science here ....
sig Lactose intolerance is common ,
but you all DO tolerate milk ( lactose ) .
Milk , Cheese is good for you ONLY if you are lactose tol' !
It is the overload of milk prdts ?
Most say Cheddar loses "sharp" ( tart) on heating
We don't get excited about light dierhea ....
Even vit C can cause it , thus flushing vital "flora" out
requiring weeks of medication .
So if you do like cheese , but your body dont !!
I had 5 yrs in Asia , just recently , mothers force milk on
infants , and it allways causes serious dierhea , but they
wouldn't listen !
Your brain also remembers the good times and creates craving
for carbs/glucose ( body uses 99% G' ) .
I read one who had Citric acid reactions .
I gobble up citric acid by the gallon ( water , sugar , citric acid
tastes EXACTLY like lemonaide to me )
Calcium propionate in bread , ruined me young , 62 now
less problem . Killed L.A./L.B. Flora , got gum disease ( inside
NOT on lips ) med with lactinex ( 50 , $9 L.A. and L.B. )
This next one will be hard to understand !
Many try to rush food thru the body , flush Flora , get sick .
I had to eat cheese to slow intestines , to feel good over long
periods . Toilet once every 5 days now . feel great !
But i also do less food . I also do less N2 ,
no meat .
......, reduces NH3 in colon .
But only if you go to the lower meat " threshold ".
700 mg/day is common , you'll need to go below
20 mg to see a difference ,,,,
for the body is VERY good at holding nitrogen ( healthy ppl ) .
I guess old ppl will get sick trying to store Nitrogen ( im 62 ,
perfect health ).
No proof , just hunch ...Lower levels of Amino acids will
let you live better , you are NOT growing , dont need much amino's
Can cancers grow faster if we try to help "growth" factors in old
age .
meat is growth, NOT nutrician .
Carbs/ Glucose is Nut' !
The stumbling block is we feel better after eating meat .
That crave will block any attempts to self study it . The pain
of nix'ing meat stops the study !
I don't do meat , but in 5 seconds can devour a BLT .
I don't crave meat at all for i have taught my brain to crave
carbs .
It works , i can run , do push ups , study for long periods ...
BUT , every 6 months , cut of a bit of vit B pill ... Just to
prove your lack of enegy was from skippin Bfast . Carb met'
requires B-12 .
Now for the killer science .....
Can we study ppl who have an uncommon dislike for smells
of this kind of cheese yet love the rest ? Here comes the
police , im practicing medicine ...
Again , it must be tied to misguided craves , ones that worked long
ago
but dont now . Some had tolerance , now older can't do milk .
