When the big bang began, the hot universe began to cool.
I suggest that that cooling is connnected to and reflected in
human morality of good and bad. Nothing pops out of nothing
in the universe (except subatonmic particles) so everything
that is, developed from or evolved from what came before.
The loose list of some of the steps follows.
Universe starts and begins to cool.
Stars produce the elements.
Sun forms with planets.
Earth is in an orbit that allows for a Sun temperature cycle
that allows for liquid water. And has a strong sun UV power
component. It also allows for an environment
that is reasonably constant enough to build on, but variable
enough to allow for variation - which has the potential for
life and natural selection.
Planetary chemicals react to the forces in the temperature
cycle in the most stable reaction possible. That is life, a
food in / waste out system that includes
such milestones as metabolism, replication, cell membranes
natural selection, etc.
all of which helps stabilize the chemical system of life in that
environment.
Food in /Waste out leads to 4 options or paths to evolution.
1 Getting nurturing (energy in)
2 blocking out non nurturing
3 holding nurturing (energy to do work)
4 excreting out non nurturing.
Which evolves to 4 options of human behavior
1 get what's good and don't have
2 block out what's bad and don't have
3 hold what's good and have
4 excret out what's bad and have.
Therefore the human psychological behavior we have
is an outgrowth of a food in waste out chemical system, life,
which in turn was an outgrowth of the universe cooling after the
big bang moment. We already know that everything
came from what came before. Now we have the barest
outline of how that may have happened.
