The main problem in this discussion, is to establish what are the true
genes that define a race. Most of the exterior signs of a race, could
be superficial evidence that is not relevant to intelligence. This,
so far, has not been established.
2 nd.) It is necessary to find a definition of intelligence, and what
relation it has to the culture of a given population. So far, I never
has seen any definition of the term.
3rd.) There is an implict definition when we observe what items have
been selected to make the test.
4th) There will be a lot to argument, if the said items of the IQ
test are a part or not of ordinary cultures. So, we ask ourselves in
which genetic way the culture goes from a generation to the next.
What are we talking about?
We can keep also arguing if the Black Americans, have or not a
particular culture of their own. Even if some white-trash people
could have a subculture quite outside the mainstream. I am thinking on
the subculture of white American lumpen.
We can also consider if neocons and fundamentalist christians, are
part of the mainstream white western culture. Here I have serious
doubts.
We can also ponder, if those speaking about the inferior IQ of some
races, are wackos, or are just promoting a political tesis.
