Thanks for your thoughts. My four options seem to have developed
from the food in waste out processes. Does your four F's have a bio
basis?
Most if not all, seem to fit in my four options.

Fighting would be option 2 blocking out

Fleeing would be option 4 waste out or separating from waste.
(these two also represent fight and flight the stress response.
though women react to stress with what is termed tend and befriend.
These four stress reactions, each fit one of the four options).

Feeding would be both option 1 take in nurturing, and 3 hold in
nurturing
while processing waste would be option 4.

Fathering is more tricky, though I think replication would be mostly
option 4
where the daughter cell separates from the father cell.

Foraging would be option 1 moving toward food nurturing.

Freezing would be sleeping which I tend to think is option 3 and 4.
Note that
Option 1 and 2 are social and involve things outside the cell
membrane.
Option 3 and 4 are self and involve mostly things inside the cell
membrane.
These four are not set in stone and often a major bio process will
involve more
than one. But I think it is a start to further describing the results
of natural selection
and specific ways it develops in all organism.

Thoughts?
