Sorry, but most people seem to think, that all animals do occur
everywhere in the world...

No white wings, only reflected/refracted light. If you found that
dung somewhere in the nearctic or palearctic, those little flies
could be Sphaeroceridae (the bigger one seems to be a Musca sp.).
