When I heard McCain claim one day that the fundamentals of the
American economy were strong, then the next that America was
under attack, I figured there had been planes crashing into Wall
Street, and we'd be attacking China looking for "weapons of math
destruction." It so much reminded me of the old Republican scare
tactics used so many times.
The economy is only what we make it. If we turn the free market
into a police state, like the Republicans and Democrats both want
to do... a Global Depression will result.
Money is only a unit of trust...
