It's already here in Britain, you don't need one on every building
and every street light when you have a telescopic lens on the camera.
There is no constitutional right not to be seen and never has been,
and you don't have a constitutional right to street lights or sunlight.
If a cop sees you walking then he has the right to see you walking,
with or without a camera.
If a cop sees you committing a crime then he'll arrest you, with or
without a camera.
