I didn't know much about this so I googled for the
site. As far as I can tell, it's only in 9 locations
in the U.S. (and all but 2 are in coastal areas) and
nowhere outside the U.S. I'd hardly say this is
"all streets", or even more than a very extremely tiny
fraction of all streets (even in the U.S.). And even
if it were all streets in the U.S., if the cameras
are only confined to street locations, no one is
going to be able to see into your home window unless
your house is right up on the street (or pretty close,
with a very short driveway).
