Hi All,

during these bad weather days, the best thing to do is processing a new
picture. This time I framed M17 from the top of Monte Soro, Italy. The
shooting session was last August.

Notice the pleasant presence of other nebulas in the surroundings, for
example the tiny Vdb 121 on the lower end of the frame. A mouse over the
image will show the most interesting ones.

Comments/Criticisms always welcome

Nicola

Very nice work! I've been thinking about having my Canon 350D modified.

Thanks for sharing,

It is nice to have such an aperture, but I prefer to keep a colour log
of what I observe :) as latins said "de gustibus non disputandum est"

Thank you Scott! You must definetely have yours modified, it will change
like night and day, moreover you may still use it for your dayllight
pictures with some care.

Thanks Nicola, I'm getting better, but still have a long way to go. But I
do the best I can with the gear I have. Once I started guiding and getting
a long exposure cable things have gotten better. I just wish I had the $$$
for a modded camera.
