Any ideas?

There is a scheduled launch on 10/23 for the COSMO-SkyMed 3 at
Vandenberg Air Force Base and I was wondering if anybody knows what
the trajectory is or knows of a site I can visit to see if a sighting
will be possible from the San Francisco area.

I have checked Spaceflightnow but couldn't locate a trajectory.

I have seen some launch trails from S.F but it all depends on the
trajectory.
