Correct. And importantly "those that created the test CALLED it 'IQ' ".
If *you* want to make a different test, eg. re. singing, dancing and
ball-games competencies then you are entitled to call 'your' test what
ever *you* like; eg. 'EQ' or kwanzamuntu..
