Why only Martians' Haversian canals need to be verified by lab instruments?

Why only Martians’Haversian canals need to be verified by AFM or
TEGA?

Biologists all over the world recognize Haversian canals as unique
signs of fossil bones. Biologists recognize Haversian canals simply
from images, never verifying them with AFM ( atomic-force microscope)
or TEGA (an instrument used by Phoenix Mars Lander to analyze
chemical
composition of Mars soil). Tons of obvious Haversian canals have been
found on Mars.
The longer NASA failed to recognize them, the more it looks like
vested-interest hard head?
Following figures show a few newly found Haversian canals:

A second bronchus is found under Phoenix Mars Lander

NASA positively identified the first one as a spring. Some obsersers
called them screws. I called them bronchi.

First bronchus: http://www.wretch.cc/album/show.php?i=lin440315&b=20&f=1555209947&p=68
