After 10 years, I finally woke up and smelled the coffee. It only took
another day on the phone
with DISH CSRs, lies, hangups unreturned calls and broken promises to get
the job done.
I do NOT believe there is another company out there, satellite provider or
not that has
worse customer service than DISH Network. I won't go into all the details
unless someone asks.
If you have DISH, then you probably know what I'm talking about. Suffice it
to say, they are bad.
I signed up for DIRECT TV today. While I don't have any service yet or even
equipment yet,
they have already gotten my vote. I hope they follow through. Upi know
when you get burned
by customer service or lack of it, you vow you will tell all your friends
and anyone else you can
to not do business with a particular store or company. Usually you don't
really follow through
with it. Let me tell you, wasting a whole day either on the phone with DISH
or waiting for a return ...
