Another "UFO" question - opinions on what this is?

Someone posted this as "proof" of UFO's (apparently completely
serious) after I stated utter skepticism on the subject. They call it
"clear" video, not a description I concur with.

The first 15 secs or so seem to give the best view of it, to me it
appears to be some kind of flattened dome shape initially seen at
about a 45 deg angle, lower L to upper R, with some kind of white
protrusion from the bottom - you get a relatively good view of the
protrusion at :07.

Does this look like it could be a radio-controlled vehicle of some
sort? The protrusion is what's making me thing RC, but it's never
really in crisp focus. Maybe RC folks have an eye for the way RC
flyers move.

Or, for the photo/video folks, does it look like it could be created
digitally?

That is clearly something being blown along by the wind. A baloon for sure.

By all means, that IS a UFO. It's an object, it's flying and it's
unidentified. Now, is it extraterrestrial? I seriously doubt it. To me it
looks like some sort of RC aircraft. The images are so poor and without any
reference as to size and speed, well, you tell me.

I'm going to say simple mylar helium balloon. A number of UFO panics
happened near the border some time back when a car dealer cut loose
some similar baloons from his lot at the end of the day and they
caught the sunset as they drifted.

I agree with you & 'nobody special'.

As I watched the video, I kept thinking that if the resolution were
better I'd be able to see "Happy Birthday" printed on it.

An unidentified floating object.
