A prohibition on a snub nose gun is hardly draconian. They are designed to be
concealed, and we don't do the concealed gun thing here. It keeps the homicide rate
down.

Teenaged Burglar Shot By Homeowner
GWINNETT COUNTY -- Police say a man shot and wounded a teenager he
found in his home – attempting to rob him.

Police say 27-year-old Ronald Ramsey arrived at his Lawrenceville home
Tuesday afternoon and found 17-year-old Alrazi Basher of Duluth
inside, robbing him. Officials say when Basher tried to flee the home,
Ramsey shot at Basher and hit him and his vehicle.
