In Montego Bay you can take a cab to Doctors Cove beach. When we were
there a few years ago it was $5.00 admission and this was basically a
security fee. The beach and water were wonderful and the
restroom/changing rooms were spotless. Just found this website:

After Doctors Cove Beach we walked to Margaritaville, but I would only
walk if you are with a group, not just the two of you.
