  Cruise Magazine full of deals

Author: TheCruiseKid
Date: Jul 7, 2008 17:03

I received in the mail the other day for the first time, my copy of
CruisingToday. Its a magazine which is put out by CruisesOnly. I
spent some time talking with an agent and going over some of the deals
I saw and could not believe their prices and savings. If you want to
take a look, they actually posted a copy of it on their homepage. I
hope you find it useful. If you want to get a copy, all you have to
do is call and ask for one. You don't need to buy a cruise to get a
free copy.

Go to www.cruisesonly.com and you will see it in the lower left hand
side of the page.

one thing i also did is sign up for their email to get the weekly
deals. The last email I saw from them they had cruises from $189.

These ships can get to places the big ones can't ... maybe tried to
get a little too close ...

JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) - A cruise ship has grounded in Tarr Inlet near
Glacier Bay in Alaska.
The Coast Guard says the hull of the ship has not been compromised,
and no injuries have been reported.

Officials say the 178-foot Spirit of Glacier Bay grounded just before
8 a.m. Monday.

The Coast Guard has deployed aircraft and ships to the site, and a
National Park Service vessel from Glacier Bay also is en route.

The Spirit of Glacier Bay is home-ported in Juneau and owned by Cruise
West Enterprises.

The Coast Guard says current weather conditions are clear skies and
calm seas.

  Wilmington Port?

Author: frijoli
Date: Jul 7, 2008 12:17

Some years back, I believe Premier had a ship leaving from Wilmington.
Does anyone have any insight or information as to whether or not someone
may put a ship back there?
I'd cruise 3-4 times a year if they did!

Looking for some information on how far the Venice train station (S.
Lucia) is from the cruise terminal (Stazione Marittima).
Also, are there any luggage storage facilities nearby?

Thanks for any info.
