Has anyone ever seen any kind of breakdown as far as Ship A uses X
gallons per 7 day voyage. Ship A has Y passengers. So, X gallons
divided by Y passengers equals Z gallons used per person?
I just wonder how much of the cost of the cruise is spent on fuel
alone.
For that matter has anyone seen how much the cruise line spends on
meals per person per day or per cruise?
Just interesting infromation.
5 weeks from today we will be out to sea on the Pride of Aloha for 11
days, unless I find a good place to stowaway! :-)
Thanks,
Sam

Thanks to all you wonderful people for your good wishes and prayers in
support of Don during his surgery. Don had his surgery yesterday and the
operation went well. When I saw him today he was doing great and said to
thank all of you.

Three couples including my wife and I are leaving in a month for one of
the 10 day cruises with HAL on the itinerary that sails down the Baja
and then turns at Cabo to head up the Sea of Cortez.
From reader's experiences with the ports we will visit are there any
highly recommended must see spots or ship's excursions.
We will visit:
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico 8:00a 10:00p
Mazatlan, Mexico 9:00a 5:00p
Topolobampo, Mexico 5:30a 11:00p
Loreto,Mexico 8:00a 5:00p
Pichilinque (La Paz) Mexico 8:00a 5:00p
Cabo San Lucas,Mexico 8:00a 3:00p
I would also be interested in hearing comments regarding the ship and
HALs policies regarding bringing wine, beer, or spirits when boarding.
Cheers... Bob

Ok everyone i want to know if you buy already made tags for your luggage
or do any of you make yours ?
How do you make your luggage stand out among the thousands in the
dock..?
Do you use locks or do they make you unlock them to check luggage?
thanks....chatty cathy

Someone asked me this question, I did not know the answer. They want
to get on their ship (San Juan if that makes a difference), dump
luggage, etc., and then get back off to wander around Old San Juan. The
departure time isn't a concern, just the logistics. Anyone know?
