- Torres was UNDERrated, not overrated. I feared the worst after
reading RSS reports from La Liga watchers.

- Elano. I wonder how long he can stay at City, I hope they hold onto
him.

- Nani is already starting to keep Giggs on the bench. Tevez, Rooney,
Ronaldo and Nano/Giggs is a fearsome quartert. How would you rate
them vs. what Barca or Madrid are offering?

- Good to see Michael Owen back.

- Personally I think Chelsea are done. Speaking of Chelsea, why did
they give away Diarra for basically free and keep Makelele?

- In my fantasy team today: Bentley, Torres, Van Persie, Elano.
Sweet. I had a bunch of LFC defenders and Reina though, so the 2
goals will hurt.

30 million euros for a a 14 goal scorer doesn't sound like he was
underrated by those who mattered!

Man City isn't seeming like a selling club these days. Awhile, unless
he himself has hankerings to play for RM or the likes thereof and
forces a transfer.

Scary, but any quartet that includes Messi on his current form
compares with any!

I said he was at worst as good as Rooney before the season, but I
don't want to bore you people.

---
Weakest Big Four Start
(through 9 games)
---
02/03 Chelsea 13 pts (4 behind Boro)
03/04 Liverpool 11 pts (5 behind Birmingham)
04/05 Man U 14 pts (5 behind Everton)
05/06 Liverpool 13 pts (6 behind Charlton)
06/07 Liverpool 11 pts (9 behind Bolton)
07/08 Chelsea 15 pts (4 behind Man City)

Over the last five years, all of the big slow starters finished in the
top four, while only two of the little jackrabbits even qualified for
Europe (Everton did it in 4th place, Bolton in 7th). To me, this
suggests that Chelsea is still in a fairly comfortable position, while
Man City still has a lot to prove.

He's looked good in every game so far and he's scored vs. Chelsea and
Spurs, in addition to having a hat-trick.

He's started well. He's looking nice so far. It's ok if that is
contrary to what you have predicted, the sun will still rise tommorow.

What's his record for Spain?
