There is a new company now selling PWC in Australia. Rolco. They have been
around a while selling ski boats, but I think they are fairly new to the PWC
market. Saw them at the Melbourne Boat Show for under $12K. This is about
half of the price of a comparable Kawasaki or Yamaha. Looks OK, 170HP,
390kg dry, 70Ltr fuel, 3 person, with plenty of storage, top speed 95kph.
Any feedback or experiences would be appreciated.
Thansk in advance,
Rob

G'Day all.
I've done a search on ggogle with no luck, but here is my question.
Years ago I saw a jetski mounted inside a boat. I don't know who made it,
but basically it was a horseshoe shape that you rode the jetski intoand then
strapped them together, turning your jetski into a centre steering mounted
boat. Any ideas and links?
Many thanks in advance.

I am recently seeing trouble with the green start button on my waverunner. I
have to push the green button about 5-6 times before the engine starts and I
hear no noise at all. Previously the engine would fire up on the first try.
This is the second summer of use and have 55 hours on it.
Is this normal? Any ideas? Could the starter be going bad? The battery has
been charged and there are no LED indicators of any issues once started. If
I stop and start again it fires up on the first try.
Thanks, Al

hey all,
took the 1996 waveraider 700 in the lake today and here is what
happened:
rode it about ten minutes, then it started to die. it NEVER spit or
sputtered, just died. felt as if the kill switch key had been pulled.
when i try to restart it does one of the following everytime:
will start then just die or will continue to start and start and start
but never crank over or lastly sometimes you can push the start button
and all you hear is a clicking noise in the fuse box area (after
pushing the start button about twenty times it will finally go back to
trying to start and all the symptoms above start again)
we checked for spark on the plugs and both will fire. we poured gas
directly into the carb and it will start up but when it burns out, it
dies. checked all connections and they seemed fine.
please help guys, i am at a lost and can

My waverunner has started hesitating. It will run near 100%% power and
then cut out, then come back up and cut out again. Sometimes drops to
50%% power come back to 80, back to 60 up to 90 and so on. A slight
turn to the right brings it back near a 100%% and a slight turn to the
left drops it. Hard turns to either side drop it down. I have new
plugs, fuel filters, cleaned the carburetor, etc. Any ideas are
appreciated.

It rains alot here and I am thinking of drilling an 1/8" hole so the water
drains into the hull and then out the back of the drain plugs. When I am in
the water running the bilge can handle any small amount of water that drains
from the footwell into the hull. What do ya think???

This is the stand up model Kawasaki 750 Jet Ski. I am trying to hunt
down a service manual and the operators manual. Anyone know where to
find one or a link to download it?

I had my '97 GSI out last weekend for the first time this year. It ran
great for about 15 Minutes, but then I couldn't get it over 1/2 Throttle
(about 4500 RPM on the Tach) without it bogging down. I ran it slow back to
the ramp & pulled it out of the water, no problem as long as I didn't try to
go over 1/2 throttle. Seems like it could be a fuel problem. I always
leave under 1/4 tank at the end of the season, add stabilizer, then top it
off with fresh fuel in the spring as well as replace the spark plugs.. I
checked the spinoff fuel filter, it had a few particles in it but nothing
major. Are there any other filters along the way or should I go after the
Carb next? My GSI has a total of 114 Hours on it. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.
Thanks in Advance,
