We in the UK just like to 'outsource' all that daft charging around and

I've been wondering why the Russian women's relay team and other race
athletes seem to own all the other teams - including the British one. While
the men's team doesn't do nearly so well and the Brit team tends to beat
them easily.

But I don't think it's for the reasons you say.
