downloading from youtube?

A recent post here mentioned a Youtube clip of the young Brenda Lee
performing Hound Dog.
My question is whether there's a procedure which lets you download such
clips to keep, and possible compile later on DVD or such. At present I
can only view these clips, and then let them disappear into the
electronic ether.....

You need a program like 'Replay AV8' to capture the stream and then a
program like 'ConvertX to DVD' to burn them to a DVD.

Christ, VersionTracker must have wondered what the hell happened when umpteen
downloads of iSquint began. After downloading the program, Windows had a hissy
fit because it didn't recognize the file extension. No wonder, it's only for
Mac's!
