This insect bit me last night ... very painful

This one stung me last night. Started out as just an itch on my hand . Lots of mosquitoes in my area, so I brushed my hand and kept working. The itch turned to pain and quickly intensified to worse pain than any bee sting I've experienced. The closest I could compare the pain would be a shot of Novacaine in the gums but sharper and more intense. I shook my hand but...
