It's funny how record companies still do this, though I suppose there
are still people who don't have their DVD players hooked up to their
stereos, or don't know how to rip the music from the DVD and want a CD
for the car. I noticed Columbia waited a few months before releasing the
Springsteen '75 live show onto CD, though that was probably to encourage
sales for the deluxe Born To Run.

Not to sound flat out trollish, but they might as well have titled the
