Well, after a long holiday season, and a bunch of interrupted typing
sessions, Dr. StrangeDub is finally getting caught up on the recent Echo
Chamber playlists. This email contains the playlists from the "Christmas in
Dub" (12/26) and New Year's (1/2) special programs. I'll plan to get the
latest program (1/23) typed up and sent soon. Also, will get some 2008

The annual "Christmas in Dub" special inna Echo Chamber...and the place was
cookin'. With Likkle Mai doing "I Saw mommy kissing Santa Claus", a bunch of
Trojan Reggae Christmas tunes, and a few fun songs from "Christmas Remixed"
(Six Degrees), "The Reindeer Room" (Kriztal), and others. It was some real
holi-dub fun.

The inaugural show of 2008...and what a way to begin the year. Starting
things off with Ghetto Priest's "Auld Lang Syne/Slave's Lament" versions
(from the rare ON-U Sound single), and keeping things heavily chilled with
Likkle Mai, Dust Galaxy, U-Niko, Cocoa Tea, Royal African Soldiers, King
Tubby, Don P (w/ Elli), Electrocutango, Mutant Frogs, and more... In the
final hour of the show, DJ Baby Swiss capped off the New Year's celebration
by looking back on some of his faves from '07 -- including selections from
The Dynamics, The Skatalites, Josh Roseman, The Drastics, Dr. Ring-Ding, DJ
Vadim, The Aggrolites, Lily Allen, and more.
