This event is hosted by brooklyn borough presidnent Markowitz.. and
is Part of the Martin Luther King Jr 24th Annual concert series

Jeez, Maxi Priest is a constant figure year after year on these things. Why
don't they give someone else a chance? Enough Maxi already. If his
exposure on these festivals had any real impact he would be a major star by
now.

My wife and I went to NYC a few weeks back to see Maxi at BB Kings

He was great

I saw him in 1990 -- he was great

the whole family saw him on one of the early Sunsplash tours in the 90s
yes he was great then too

this time around he had a geat band playing roots reggae

what more could you ask for
