I love all that old stuff but now I'm listening to Symphony X,
Kamelot, Epica, Nightwish, Within Temptation. Most of the bands I
listed are a fusion of Opera and Metal. I know Opera is a bit starange
for a Sabbath or Dio fan...but its wonderful with a heavy guitar and
double bass drum. Thants my idea of "Progressive Rock". Some of it is
very hard and being a Guitar player, very hard to play. Theres a big
classical feeling to it. But, I'm a huge fan of Pink Floyd, Hawkwind
and other bands like Rainbow that were way ahead of there time. I love
KIng Crimson (Court of the Crimpson King) , big fan of that!
Thanks for your time
