There's a lot of meaning in that song - hidden but noticeable.
Someone's diggin' my bones: digging up a fossil, liking the music
(from jazz circles), prog connection, etc...

I don't think stopping them is the issue. Personally, I'm just tired
to death with the Mad Max motif, safety pin infections and tattoos
going nowhere. The Illustrated Man was written a long time ago.
Whats-her-name and the Genitorturers were around in the '80s.
I guess I'm getting tired of the prog and rehashing efforts of some
bands and they should probably retire before getting embarrassed. :^)
That said, someone can always find something to listen to within the
realms they provide. That's what music is all about...
