ah, so your wheels have come off and you've also run out of gas. It's
just as well, _i_, you weren't really doing very well anyway...but to
answer your question, no, given the number of people that seem to have
similar issues with Voiceprint, given the approach that Voiceprint
employs re: problem resolution, communication and customer service, no
it's not at all surprising that I had trouble with Voiceprint.

Voiceprint might do well to improve their approach to something more
consistent with others in their arena. CD Baby, CD Universe, Lee's
Homegrown, and certainly Amazon, all come quickly to mind. "Not a
problem at all [...]".
